Relax into postures thoughtfully crafted to release muscle tension and to guide you into the peaceful "rest and digest" mode of your nervous system. Nourishing tea and comforting hot chocolate will add to the warmth of your experience.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
