Introduction to Yoga Course This 6-week course is the perfect way to begin or restart your yoga practice. Over the span of 6 Saturdays from 2-4pm, you'll join our experienced teachers Vhairi and Carlo for a comprehensive introduction covering foundational poses, breathing, meditation, and more. Structured specifically for beginners, each 2-hour workshop builds on the last. You'll progress from learning basic poses and sequences to connecting movement with breath in gentle flows. Every class takes place in our light-filled studio and is kept to a small, intimate group to ensure personal attention. Upon completing the full 6 weeks, you'll have the confidence and knowledge to transition into our regular drop-in classes. This course is only bookable as a full block. Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
