Restorative Yin

Service Description

This practice focuses on finding a balance between intensity and relaxation, giving practitioners the freedom to tailor the experience to their preferences. Some poses can be held with a slightly more intense stretch akin to Yin yoga, encouraging a deep opening of the body. On the other hand, the class also offers the option to enhance relaxation by incorporating props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets, promoting a sense of comfort and ease similar to Restorative yoga.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
