Service Description

These sessions draw from the Soto Zen Buddhist tradition. We will read passages from Buddhist related texts and practice Zen-style mindfulness meditation.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
