These terms and conditions outline the policies and rules for participating in classes, workshops, appointments, and other offerings through My Yoga Pla. Please read them carefully before booking.
General

All classes must be booked in advance.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or other health concerns, please inform your instructor prior to class so they can advise on any modifications needed.

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes on social media and our website. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.

We reserve the right to refuse service or membership to anyone violating these policies, being disruptive, inappropriate, threatening, or posing a safety risk to others and staff.
Membership Terms ​

Unlimited and 4 class per month subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis.

A £5 non-refundable setup fee is charged at signup.

Memberships can be frozen up to 2 times per 12-month period for medical reasons, injuries, or extended travel. Freezes require 7 days advance written notice and are approved at the studio's discretion.

Frozen memberships are reactivated at the end of the requested freeze period. Additional weeks are not added to extend membership expiration.

The studio reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or deny memberships at any time. Refunds are provided for unused services.

Membership terms, privileges, and policies are subject to change without notice by the studio.
Online Classes Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled up to the scheduled time for a full refund (minus fees). Credited back if class pass used.
In-Person Classes Cancellation Policy

Early cancellation: 24 hrs in advance for refund (minus fees)/credit.

Late cancellation: Within 24 hrs, no refund or credit.

For unlimited memberships, repeat late cancellations may result in suspension.
Workshops and Courses Cancellation Policy

Early: 7+ days for refund (minus fees)

Late: Within 7 days, only if space is filled.

Full refund if we cancel the workshop or course.
One-to-One Appointment Cancellation Policy

Early: 24+ hrs for a refund (minus fees)

Late: Within 24 hrs, no refund, full charge applies.
Packages and Gift Certificates

Expiry dates cannot be extended. Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Limitation of Liability

Members participate at their own risk. We are not liable for any injury or damages on-premises or related to classes.

All terms, policies, prices, and offerings are subject to change without notice. Members are responsible for staying updated.
