Unlimited Class Membership No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy

As an unlimited class member at My Yoga Place, we understand you have a busy schedule and may need to miss or reschedule classes from time to time. However, no-shows and late cancellations can negatively impact our ability to accommodate all students.

To ensure fair access to our classes, we have implemented the following policy:

• Members are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a reserved class spot. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a "late cancellation."

• Members are allowed up to 3 no-shows or late cancellations within a rolling 30-day period.

• After the 3rd no-show or late cancellation in a 30-day period:

  • The member's unlimited class membership will be cancelled at their next renewal date.

  • The member will be ineligible to purchase the unlimited class membership for the next 3 months.

• In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, the studio management reserves the right to waive this policy at their discretion.
