Ballet-inspired strength for balance, stability and control
Service Description
Barre is a low-impact strength class inspired by ballet. Using the barre for support, you’ll work through small, controlled movements that build strength, improve balance and develop stability in the hips, legs and core. The movements are gentle on the joints but surprisingly effective, helping to improve posture, coordination and overall body awareness. Like our Strength for Yoga classes, the focus is on control and mindful movement rather than speed. No dance experience is needed. Dawn will guide you through the class in a clear, accessible way, making it suitable for beginners as well as anyone who enjoys strength-based movement.


Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
