Service Description

A deeply calming 1-hour session designed to bring you into a state of rest and ease. Gentle movement, soothing breathwork, and guided iRest meditation support you in releasing tension, settling the nervous system, and resetting for the week ahead.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
