Service Description
A grounding community practice honouring the autumn equinox — a moment of balance, reflection, and gentle transition. We’ll move together through 108 Sun Salutations, finding rhythm, breath, and shared determination as the light shifts toward the quieter half of the year. It’s a steady, meditative flow that invites personal intention, collective energy, and a sense of seasonal turning. You can do all the 108 sun salutations or choose to do a set amount.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
