We’ll move together through 108 Sun Salutations, finding rhythm, breath, and shared determination as the light shifts toward the quieter half of the year. It’s a steady, meditative flow that invites personal intention, collective energy, and a sense of seasonal turning. You can do all the 108 sun salutations or choose to do a set amount. Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
