At My Yoga Place, we believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. Whether you prefer to stay seated, need a little extra support, or simply want to explore different ways of moving, our Yogable classes are designed to help you move with confidence.

We offer two types of accessible classes:

Chair-Based Yoga

Perfect if getting up and down from the floor isn't comfortable or practical. Every movement is taught from a chair, helping you improve strength, mobility, balance and flexibility in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Adaptive Mat-Based Yoga

For those who are happy to come down to the floor, our mat classes show you how to adapt yoga to suit your body. You'll learn practical ways to use props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets and chairs to make poses more comfortable, stable and accessible. There isn't just one way to do yoga, and we'll help you discover the approach that works best for you.

Whether you're living with a long-term health condition, recovering from injury, managing reduced mobility, or simply looking for a gentler way to practise, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.

Flexible Payment Options

 

We don't want cost or technology to be the reason someone misses out on the benefits of movement.

For all of our Yogable classes, we've introduced a Flexible payment option.

​

• Recommended contribution: between £5 and £10 per class

• Pay whatever you can genuinely afford

• You can pay cash at the studio, by card, or book and pay online in advance

 

This flexible pricing helps us keep these classes sustainable while making them available to as many people as possible.
