Service Description

These classes are directed at people living with health and/or mobility issues due to age, paralysis, amputation, spinal injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, dementia etc. All Yoga postures and movements are adapted, sometimes with the use of props and assistants to provide the practitioner the experience of the posture, no matter their situation, condition or lack of confidence. This class does involve getting up and down from the floor but at a slow pace and with the assistance of props or chairs if required. The classes include physical movement for those who can, breathing exercises and guided relaxation.
