Service Description

This is a slower-paced flow with gentler versions of sun salutations and postures. You will still challenge yourself but slowly, with lots of time to warm up, and adaptations to suit your own body and pace.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
