Service Description
A sound bath combined with IRest Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice that uses soothing acoustic vibrations and systematic bodily awareness to release stress and calm the nervous system. Sound offers a wonderfully immersive experience—a space to pause, switch off from the outside world and simply rest. There’s nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to get to. Just settle in and allow yourself to be carried by the experience.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
