This gentle class combines supported restorative yoga with Yin postures, helping to ease tension, improve mobility and encourage deep relaxation. Using bolsters, blankets and blocks, you'll be fully supported throughout. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your workshop booking up to 7 days in advance for a refund, minus any fees. If you need to cancel within 7 days, a refund is only possible if your spot is filled. If a workshop doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants, we may need to cancel or reschedule. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
