Service Description
In Vinyasa Flow you will be guided from asana to asana in a dynamic sequence focusing on the breath. There are many variations in the postures and the practice can be slow or fast and the continuous movement will get your heart going and your body temperature rising in sequences designed to improve your strength and flexibility.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
