Service Description

These Hatha Yoga classes incorporate a mixture of warm-up poses, breath work, sun salutations, stretches, dynamic flows, balances and static postures. They are energising and lively, ending with a peaceful relaxation.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
