Join myself and Meredith McCrindle, for an evening of music and yoga. I'll guide you through a meditative yoga practice to the exquisite melodies of Meredith's Harp.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your workshop booking up to 7 days in advance for a refund, minus any fees. If you need to cancel within 7 days, a refund is only possible if your spot is filled. If a workshop doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants, we may need to cancel or reschedule. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
