Join Sonja for our monthly yoga pose lab where we slow everything down and zoom in on the fine detail of a single pose. You’ll learn how to warm up your body intelligently, build the posture from the ground up with precision and confidence, and finish with a soothing cool-down that restores balance. This is your space to refine, explore, and truly understand the shape you’re creating.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your workshop booking up to 7 days in advance for a refund, minus any fees. If you need to cancel within 7 days, a refund is only possible if your spot is filled. If a workshop doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants, we may need to cancel or reschedule. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
